Product Return Policy

In case of any manufacturing or packaging defect, distributors can return or exchange the product purchased by them. The distributors must contact the distributor center/company (as the case may be) from whom they had purchased the products, within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with the purchase invoice. They have to provide a valid reason for return and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the distributor center’s obligation to satisfy the distributor’s choice for a full refund or replacements of products. The returned products must be intact, unused and in saleable condition.

The distributor/distributor center have to immediately intimate the company about such return and return these products, with original Invoice to the Company and must physically bring the product to company’s central warehouse or courier it to the company’s central warehouse (at their own cost) within 7 days of their receipt from the customer/distributor. The Company will replace these products with other product of the same value, alternatively if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company will refund amount to their account.

In case the customer/distributor wants to get the full refund, a restock fee of 10% will be applicable. Moreover, any bonus paid out by the company in relation to the returned product will be deducted from the amount of refund. The maximum amount of refund will be capped at Rs.1000 per distributor.

Products cannot be refunded in case they are opened or used or damaged or dented or tampered or if their seal is broken or are returned without original packaging including without a retail box.

Customer/Distributor have to provide the following details to claim the refund:

  • Product Return Form
  • Reason for Return
  • Copy of Invoice
  • Products to be Returned (Physically)

Buy Back Policy

The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Auretics products that are in good condition, unused, useable, resaleable, restock-able, unopened, unaltered and must have a shelf life of at least six months (All conditions must be fulfilled).

If the Distributor resigns within 7 days from the purchase of the products, Auretics shall provide a full refund for the products to the Distributor.

If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 7 days from the date of purchase of products from Auretics, then the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge.

The distributor is advised to buy the products wisely. Company does not promote bulk buying or bulk stocking of its products
